If previews are not working after installing EPS Quick Look, go into the macOS settings -> General -> Login Items & Extensions and ensure that the EPS Quick Look extension is enabled. Additionally, make sure that there are no conflicting extensions that may be causing conflicts.
macOS protects certain locations, including Downloads, Pictures, Music, Movies, and some external drives. When Quick Look previews a file in one of these locations, the system may ask for permission more often. To help prevent persistent permission dialogs, allow EPS Quick Look full access in Full Disk Access settings.
